Coaching has become an increasingly popular means of personal and professional development focused for individuals and groups over the last 20 years. It's place in today's society has come from our desire for ongoing support that doesn't fit the traditional mold of therapy, counselling, or consulting.

Coaches work in partnership with their clients to help unlock their potential and empower them to be their absolute best. Coaching helps create lasting and meaningful change within clients. This is done through coaches asking meaningful questions so that clients can develop their own answers and are empowered to create their own solutions that work best for them.

HOW DOES COACHING WORK?

If you are interested in starting a conversation, let's get to know one another through a discovery session! All sessions are done virtually via Google Meet at a time that is convenient to you. Our flexible approach allows you to fit your coaching in when it works with the rest of your life.

Before any coaching sessions begin, Conversation Supply Co. requires a signed and completed coaching intake form. All information is kept strictly confidential.


HOW MUCH DOES COACHING COST?

* Please note that we limit the number of client sessions we do on a weekly basis to keep the quality of sessions and individual attention high. Due to the large demand for coaching, new clients are scheduled when there is an opening or else on a first come, first serve basis.

How often should I meet with my coach?

It is recommended that clients maintain a regular cadence with their coaching. Generally, we aim for one session every 2 - 4 weeks apart. This ensure we maintain momentum, and that clients have sufficient time between sessions for reflection and action items.


ARE SESSIONS CONFIDENTIAL?

Yes. All sessions are confidential and bound by the ICF Code of Ethics.


HOW DO I KNOW IF COACHING IS WORKING?

Most clients experience positive results after just the first session! Significant results and breakthroughs are typically come through between 3 and 6 months of regular bi-weekly sessions. Worried about the time commitment? Most clients experience increased productivity and focus as a result of having more awareness, focused goals, and commitments - you will get that time back!
