1 on 1 Coaching

We meet virtually through Google Meet so it can most easily fit into your schedule. Sessions are 60 minutes in length and can be booked online, or via email. We recommend a commitment of 8-10 coaching sessions to get you to goal achievement.

 

 

 

Leadership Assessments

Clients may choose to do leadership assessments on their own, or paired with coaching packages. Each assessment has its own uses and outcomes - we will work with you to determine which one aligns most to your goals.

Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0)

  • The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) is the world’s leading measure of emotional intelligence, applying decades of research to support effective human performance and development. Emotional intelligence skills are critical for building relationships and teams, resolving conflict, solving problems, leading effectively and building resilience. The EQ-i 2.0 provides you with a detailed assessment of your areas of strength and potential areas for development. You will receive a comprehensive report describing how your EQ competencies work together for effectiveness. It also provides suggested strategies for bringing your EQ competencies into balance for greater effectiveness.

Emotional Quotient 360 (EQ 360)

  • The EQ 360 is also known as a Multi-rater assessment. The Multi-Rater or 360 degree assessment combines your own perceptions of your EQ with the perceptions of others who know you well, who are 360 degrees around you.

Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

  • The MBTI is used to measure and describe people’s preferences for how they like to focus attention, get information, make decisions and orient their lives. Created by a mother-daughter team, Katharine Briggs and Isabel Myers, the instrument was designed to make Carl Jung’s theory of psychological types understandable and useful in everyday life. 

  • The tool provides a versatile measure of personality that looks at eight personality preferences people use at different times. These eight preferences are organized into four dichotomous scales, which are illustrated below. After more than 70 years of research and development, the current tool is the most widely used instrument for understanding individual personality differences. Last year alone, over two million people gained valuable insight about themselves and the people they interact with by taking the official Myers-Briggs personality assessment.

Working Genius Assessment

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI)

  • Enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. Whether you proceed through the full system or not, the realizations that you'll gain from the Energy Leadership assessment and debrief process alone will change the way you view your world.
